Unless stated otherwise our quote assumed that worktops will be fitted onto new units and that the installation is on the ground floor with no unreasonable obstructions.
Templating
Before templating, base units must be lined up, levelled and firmy fixed in place. All necessary information i.e. bowl, sink aperture, tap holes, etc. need to agreed and made available to correctly plot on the templates.
All working areas should be free from obstruction.
Installation
We require parking close to the address, with uncluttered access to the working area. Some dust and noise could be made on the day of installatiion. Please make any parking restrctions known to us prior to the day of installation.
Payment
Our payment terms are 40% + VAT deposit with order and balance becoming due upon satisfactory installation and inspection of our finished works.
Materials
Samples should be used as an indication only, all natural mateirals contain colour and character variations.
Whilst we make every effort to source high quality materials we cannot accept responsibility for natural characteristics in materials, neither can we remove them from the material to make it more uniform.
Each piece of granite and marble is unique and we make every effort to follow the pattem in an aesthetic and complimentary way making each project unique.
